Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and business software.
Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain printers and other peripherals.
Assist with Microsoft 365, email setup, and cloud services.
Install and maintain CCTV and security systems (training provided if required).
Install and troubleshoot wired and wireless network equipment.
Run and terminate Ethernet cabling when required.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Record work completed and maintain accurate service documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service while representing Nova Tech professionally.
Carry out other reasonable technical duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP addresses, routers, switches, Wi-Fi).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Honest, dependable, and well presented.
Able to work both in the office and at client sites.
Physically fit and willing to perform installation work.
Valid Class 1 driver's licence is an advantage but not essential.
