Welcome customers and identify their technology needs.
Explain and promote Nova Tech’s products and services.
Assist with sales of computers, accessories, CCTV systems and other technology products.
Promote IT support, website development, software and installation services.
Respond to customer enquiries through telephone, email, Facebook and other communication channels.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices when required.
Follow up quotations, enquiries and prospective customers.
Contact businesses and organisations to introduce Nova Tech’s services.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations and sales activities.
Keep product displays and the customer area clean and presentable.
Assist with stock checks, product labelling and pricing.
Work with the technical and administration teams to coordinate customer jobs.
Help prepare sales promotions, campaigns and product advertisements.
Meet individual and company sales targets.
Provide professional after-sales support and follow up with customers.
Perform other reasonable sales and customer-service duties as required.
Graphic Designer

Design social media posts, advertisements and promotional campaigns.
Create posters, flyers, brochures, banners and business stationery.
Prepare graphics for Nova Tech’s websites and digital platforms.
Develop marketing materials for Nova Tech products and services.
Assist with branding, product presentations and client projects.
Resize and prepare designs for print, web and social media.
Make revisions based on feedback and meet assigned deadlines.
Organise and maintain design files, templates and brand assets.
Assist with basic photography, image editing or short promotional videos when required.
Ensure all designs follow Nova Tech and client brand guidelines.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and business software.
Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain printers and other peripherals.
Assist with Microsoft 365, email setup, and cloud services.
Install and maintain CCTV and security systems (training provided if required).
Install and troubleshoot wired and wireless network equipment.
Run and terminate Ethernet cabling when required.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
Record work completed and maintain accurate service documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service while representing Nova Tech professionally.
Carry out other reasonable technical duties assigned by management.
