Key Responsibilities
* CCTV & Security Systems
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, including IP and analog systems
Install and configure NVRs, DVRs, IP cameras, PTZ cameras, and remote viewing systems
Perform camera positioning, testing, troubleshooting, and system optimization
Diagnose and resolve CCTV hardware, networking, and power-related issues
Configure mobile viewing, remote access, and cloud-based surveillance systems
Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections
* IT & Networking
Install and troubleshoot network infrastructure, routers, switches, access points, and internet connectivity
Configure LAN/WAN networking for CCTV and office systems
Perform structured cabling for data, CCTV, and communication systems
Troubleshoot computers, printers, and general IT equipment
Assist with server, cloud, and email-related support when required
* Technical Operations
Lead installation teams on-site when assigned
Ensure all work is completed professionally and safely
Prepare technical reports, installation documentation, and service updates
Assist junior technicians with technical guidance and troubleshooting
Maintain tools, equipment, and company assets responsibly
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines
* Customer Service
Communicate professionally with clients
Explain technical issues and solutions clearly

Role Summary
The Accounts & Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role requires discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both financial control and office coordination without excuses.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts / Finance
Manage daily bookkeeping (receipts, payments, journals, reconciliations)
Prepare invoices, quotations, and follow up on receivables
Process supplier payments and track payables
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
Assist with payroll processing (including PAYE calculations where applicable)
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
Support monthly financial reporting and documentation
Ensure compliance with local tax and financial regulations
Administration
Manage office operations, supplies, and documentation
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Handle internal coordination between departments
Support HR-related admin tasks (leave tracking, staff records, onboarding paperwork)
Assist in scheduling meetings, client communication, and correspondence
Ensure proper record-keeping for contracts, invoices, and company documents
